A few things I learned from watching a webinar with Sue Raggo on Mature Women: 50+ women make 80% of family buying decisions and 65% of health decisions. ' Boomer' women spend more money than most other women. Yet, they remain relatively invisible in the media! Average age for widowhood is 56, and a widow's income goes down significantly more than expenses when that happens. "Mature" women are active social networkers, on and off line. They value trust and transparency and are big connectors. While they are prone to "bag lady" fears, they have a well developed sense of self. So lets get more visibile in helping each other with employment and other life challenges! Georgian
